Romnick Sarmenta Is No Longer Part Of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano”

ROMNICK SARMENTA – Veteran actor Romnick Sarmenta is no longer part of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” according to a report.

Filipino actor Romnick Sarmenta started acting at the age of 5 in the tv series “Gulong ng Palad.” In 1999, he won the Best Actor Award from the Asian Television Awards for his performance in the Kapuso telemovie “Bakla.”

In September 2019, he joined the cast of the long-running action-drama series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” Lots of netizens reacted after seeing him on the top-rated program.

Romnick Sarmenta portrayed the role of a hitman named “Juan,” the right-hand man of Mr. Miller. The viewers were thrilled upon seeing him on Coco Martin’s show.

A source told Inquirer that the 48-year-old actor is no longer part of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” The source said Romnick had a hard time with a long lock-in at the peak of the pandemic.

“Hirap siya sa mahabang lock-in kasi kasagsagan ng COVID noon.”

On Sunday, September 11, Romnick Sarmenta and his partner Barbara Ruaro announced that they are expecting their first child together. The indie actress said she’s expected to give birth in February 2021.

“Thank You, dear God, for the gift of life! The cross that appeared on my test and this miracle as a whole is Your loudest yet most comforting affirmation. I praise and thank You for my Nicko, as well as all our friends and families who have expressed and continue to show their love and undying support. See you on February, Little Bean,” she wrote.
