ABS-CBN YouTube Channel Hits 30 Million Subscribers Amid Network Limited Options
ABS-CBN YOUTUBE CHANNEL – The Kapamilya Network’s YouTube channel for entertainment reached 30 million subscribers.
More than four months ago, the ABS-CBN‘s broadcasting operation went off-air. It was after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) released a Cease and Desist Order against the network.
The Cease and Desist Order of the network is due to its expired franchise. Several issues surrounded the network and those were tackled in hearings held at the House of Representatives.
13 hearings were held at the House before the members of the House Franchise Committee voted on whether or not to deny the network of a fresh 25-year-franchise. The 70-11 voting denied the network of a new franchise.

After it was not allowed to operate on free TV, ABS-CBN delivers entertainment through the Kapamilya Online Live and its channel and account on other platforms.
Some programs and shows can be viewed through the ABS-CBN YouTube channel that the network specified for entertainment. It is where the network streams its Kapamilya Channel programming.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the ABS-CBN YouTube channel or entertainment reached 30 million subscribers on the video-sharing platform now. It is the channel with the most number of subscribers in the Philippines.
Aside from being on top when it comes to subscribers, the Kapamilya network’s channel also got the highest views in the video-sharing platform. It has more than 38.8 billion views on the online platform.
