In the video, it can be seen that the culprits are choosing and buying meals from the karinderia. One of the suspects sneakily placed the bucket containing spoon and fork inside the plastic bag while the personnel is busy with their orders.
The man wearing a red sando who stole the bucket immediately leave the establishment after performing his illegal activity. However, his colleague remained inside the shop to finish their orders.
