BLACKPINK’s Releases Epic Music Video For “Lovesick Girls”

BLACKPINK – K-pop superstars BLACKPINK just released the epic music video for new single “Lovesic Girls.”

South Korean all-girl group BLACKPINK is one of the biggest girl bands in pop. Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rose continue to smash new records.

Last Tuesday, September, 29, the girls shared a 16-second teaser clip for the world premiere of their song “Lovesick Girls” music video. It is a follow-up single to their hit “Ice Cream” and “How You Like That.” On Sunday, they announced their latest song with a teaser poster and a concept video.

BLACKPINK has dominated the video-sharing platform Youtube in months with the song “How You Like That” claiming the number 1 spot on Youtube’s Global Top Song of Summer. Based on a report from Billboard, the Global Head of Music for Youtube, Lyor Cohen, said “Thursday nights on Youtube are going to be mic drop moments.”

“YouTube Music is all about connecting artists and fans and this Original series brings the world’s biggest artists and their newest videos and projects straight to the fans right before they’re released. We feel lucky to kick off this series with BLACKPINK, arguably the biggest artist in the world,” he added.

BLACKPINK just released their long-awaited album ‘The Album’ alongside dropping the music video for their new single “Lovesick Girls.” The K-pop group’s album also features a collaboration with American rapper Cardi B titled “Bet You Wanna.”

The video was premiered during the debut of the Youtube Originals music series titled ‘Released.’ Watch the video below:

Earlier this month, BLACKPINK announced that they will get personal with BLINKS in a Netflix docu titled “Light Up The Sky.” It will feature the never-seen-before footage and interviews with Lisa, Rose, Jisoo, and Jennie on their rise to fame.
