PAGASA – Habagat, ITCZ To Bring Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rains Over Parts Of PH This September 28, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day, September 28, 2020 (Monday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the southwest monsoon or habagat and an Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ will bring cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over Palawan and other areas on this day.

According to GMA News, habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan.

Meanwhile, the ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Caraga and the Davao Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to habagat and localized thunderstorms.

The bureau said that flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, extreme northern Luzon will face moderate coastal waters while the western section of Luzon and the rest of the country will face slight to moderate coastal waters.
