The netizens called the attention of veteran radio broadcaster Raffy Tulfo to help the viral lady resident Dina Mapayo who was confronted by officials for not wearing a face mask.
Dina Mapayo goes viral online after she was reportedly confronted by the barangay officials for not wearing a face mask while doing her laundry. The video also garnered various reactions from the online community.
The lady resident is just doing her laundry just to earn money to feed her family. He was just a few inches from her house but the officials still invited her to report at the barangay hall over alleged violation of health protocols.
Mapayo is also planning to file charges against the officials for the alleged disrespectful and inconsiderate actions.
Recently, the laundry woman sought help and explained her side to Raffy Tulfo regarding the incident. The radio personality also discovered that the lady citizen was still inside her premises during that time.

Tulfo consults the issue to DILG Usec. Ricojudge Echiverri who justified the woman. The officials could also face charges including ‘trespassing’. He also gave the woman some amount of cash at the end of the video.
