Nicole Chien Helps Mom Lea Salonga in Creating Cover Art For “Dream Again”
LEA SALONGA – Broadway star Lea Salonga’s daughter Nicole Beverly Chien was the one who created the cover art for her latest single “Dream Again.”
Multiple award-winning actress and singer Lea Salonga is best known for her Tony Award-winning role in Miss Saigon. She’s renown across the world for her perfect pitch and powerful voice.
The Broadway star’s daughter Nicole Beverly Chien to husband Robert Charles Chien is now a 14-year-old teenager. During the celebration of Manila Restaurant Week, Lea revealed that her daughter lends her a helping hand in creating the artwork for her latest single “Dream Again.”

Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, Lea Salonga said her manager Josh Pultz requested her to ask Nicole Chien if she’s interested in doing the cover art of “Dream Again.” She shared that it took them a while to figure out what kind of image Nicole wanted to put on the cover.
“And at the end of it, it’s this little person in red and a huge sky with rainbows and a big star,” Lea said.
The 49-year-old Broadway legend interpreted it as “these things that we once took for granted, now all of a sudden seem much more important and we can’t wait to experience those things again.”
According to the report, Lea Salonga premiered the song “Dream Again” last month to raise money for ‘The Actors Fund.’ She said the song was written with the COVID-19 pandemic in mind.
