PAGASA – LPA To Bring Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rains Over Most Parts Of PH This September 15, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day, September 15, 2020 (Tuesday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau recently said that a Low Pressure Area or LPA was last spotted at about at 225 kilometers west northwest of Catarman, Northern Samar or at 40 kilometers west of Pili, Camarines Sur.

The LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Mindanao and Aurora. Flash floods or landslides may occur during light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

The rest of Luzon will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau warned that flash floods or landslides might occur during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, the northern and eastern part of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds that are moving in the southwest to southeast direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will face moderate to strong that are moving southwestward while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon will face light to moderate that are moving northeast to northwest direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
