The concerned netizen outcry for justice as the arrested man was a public vehicle driver. And due to the guidelines given under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), public transportation has temporarily suspended.
What’s even worse is, he will pay the fine using the small amount of money he saved and he should pay it on the New Government Center (NGC), which is very far from the location of the arrested driver and amidst the suspended transportation.
Loyola angrily advised the Bacolod City residents that no matter what happens to you do not take off your mask or face shield even if you go through suffocation as long as won’t get arrested for defying the protocols.
