The heartbreaking photo of a private school teacher who is now selling goodies to survive after losing her job due to the pandemic goes viral.
A Facebook user named Karlo Ternora has shared the heartbreaking photo of an old private school teacher selling snacks after losing her teaching job. The photo circulates online and elicits comments from the netizens.
Ternora narrated that he went to a gasoline station to refill his tank when he saw the lady teacher selling snacks. He was touched after the former teacher called him ‘anak’ and asked him to buy some goodies.
According to the concerned netizen, the educator lost her job after some private schools closed due to the health crisis. Karlo also gave his remaining money to the teacher to show his appreciation. However, the total amount did not even reach a hundred peso.
The kind-hearted guy also expressed his willingness to help the teacher and even wanted to treat the teacher at Jollibee but he had no extra money.

“Ang sakit sa puso makita mga gantong guro na nawalan ng trabaho. At nag bebenta sa labas para makaraos. Going home from my friend’s house I decided to refill muna, while waiting for my change. Biglang lumapit sakin si Ma’am she even called me “Anak” baka gusto mo bumili ng paninda ko. As I heard the word anak naalala ko bigla mga Guro ko mga pangalawang nanay natin sa Eskwelahan.I asked what happened po sainyo? Sabi nya “wala na ako trabaho kasi dahil sa Pandemic as what it says sa hawak nya. Sobrang lungkot. Biglang abot ng sukli si kuya gasoline boy, di manlang umabot ng hundreds pera ko na naiabot.. she even insisted to get some of her goodies nya. Kaso I resist dahil galing akong kainan.
