Disappointed Customer Gets Shocked After Toyota Service Center Used His Vehicle to Buy Auto Parts

A disappointed customer expressed his dismay towards Toyota service center after using his car to buy parts from a local auto supply.

A Facebook user named Tey Usis has shared his disappointment towards Toyota service center after one of its employees used his vehicle. The post goes viral and garnered various reactions from the online community.

Usis bought his Prado at Toyota Dasmariñas service center for repair last Thursday (August 20). He returned on Saturday and he was informed that the company could not yet release his vehicle due to the lack of spare parts.

On Monday (August 24, 2020), Usis was surprised after he saw his vehicle driven by a Toyota employee at stopped a local auto supply. The netizen talked to an auto supply salesman and learned that the employee are buying parts for Toyota.

The car owner got disappointed after the employee used his vehicle and for buying parts at a local auto supply only.

“I brought my Prado to the Toyota service center for repair last Thursday and as of Saturday, I was informed that they still cannot release it for lack of parts. Around noon today, I was surprised to see my vehicle on the road. I decided to follow it and see who is driving it, and where it is going. It went to a local auto supply, 6.4kms away from Toyota Dasmarinas, driven by a Toyota employee, even wearing his uniform. I talked to the auto supply salesman and he confirmed that they are indeed buying parts for Toyota.
