Lady Netizen Seeks Justice Her Brother Who Died Due to Abuse Inside Silay City Jail in Negros Occidental
A lady netizen is now seeking the help of Pinoy veteran broadcaster Raffy Tulfo after her brother died due to alleged abuse inside jail cell.
Over the past few decades, there are lots of inmates filing complaints against policemen for allegedly harassing and abusing them in jail. Most of them were verbally and physically abused by the scalawag cops.
A Facebook user named Bebe Abaring is now seeking the help of Raffy Tulfo to seek justice for her beloved brother who reportedly died due to allegedly abuse inside the jail. The photos garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the photos, it can be seen that the male victim obtained multiple injuries due to the alleged abuse. The victim’s body has been filled with hematoma and other injuries he allegedly obtained inside the prison.
Abaring also revealed that her unidentified brother was an inmate at Silay City Jail (BJMP) in the province of Negros Occidental.
