The Optimum Star shared a screenshot of the message that she received from the telecommunications, internet, and digital service holdings company. PLDT apologized for the inconvenience that the actress had in accessing the internet.

She was also advised to call the customer service so that her problem will be addressed. However, Claudine, apparently, did not receive a response from the other party.

“It’s been two weeks since we are trying to contact your company, to complain our internet connection (NOT WORKING). There is no customer care agent available to answer our call. Please Improve your customer service. Thank you,” the actress wrote in the caption of her post and tagged the IG accounts of the company.

Several netizens also shared that same experience that they had with PLDT’s service.

Previously, religious group leader Apollo Quiboloy threatened to shut down three telecommunications operators in the country like SmartGlobe, and PLDT as he complained about their slow and expensive services.

“Smart, Globe PLDT…
