GLOBE 6-MONTH PAYMENT INSTALLMENT – Amid the coronavirus quarantine, Globe Telecom Inc. has offered an installment payment scheme for postpaid customers.
As the Philippines continues to face the new coronavirus, Filipinos are faced with a tremendous struggle. Knowing this, Globe has kindly given their customers flexibility in settling their bills.
All Globe Mobile Postpaid and Globe At Home customers, including business and enterprise customers, are eligible to avail of this program starting May 15, 2020
Under Globe’s new program, subscribers could not settle bills in installment terms of up to 6 months. Furthermore, business customers may also contact Globe account managers for other details.
We understand that many of our customers are worried about their finances due to the community quarantine. We are offering our installment payment options in the hope that it will help ease their expenses and allow them to expand their budget for essentials
Meanwhile, customers may still view and settle their accounts through Globe’s online platform service apps such as GlobeOne and Globe At Home.
Additionally, subscribers may utilize GCash as an alternative for paying bills. Furthermore, business customers may utilize online bank payments or wire transfer services.
