PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this July 25, 2020.

The latest update from the state weather bureau says that the Intertropical Convergence Zone will be affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao on this day.

According to GMA News, the ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, Western and Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula.

The bureau waned that flash floods or landslides during moderate to occasionally heavy rains.

The ITCZ, as well as localized thunderstorms, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, Luzon will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to southeast direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will have light winds that are moving in the east to various direction while facing slight coastal waters.

The sun has risen at around 5:38 AM and is expected to set at about 6:28 PM.
