A Facebook user named Marc Deo DeLeon has shared the video footage of a scalawag traffic enforcer extorting money from a Food Panda rider. The video goes viral garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the traffic personnel apprehended the delivery employee for allegedly parking beside the road for a few moments. The two had a conversation for a few minutes.

After a few moments, the rider has started to get the money from his bag and secretly gives it to the traffic enforcer. The delivery guy immediately leaves the area after the incident while the road personnel called someone after receiving the money.
