Loyal Fan Paints Waiting Shed Similar to ABS-CBN Logo After Missing the Kapamilya Network
A loyal fan expressed his love and support for the Kapamilya network by painting and designing a waiting shed similar to ABS-CBN logo.
The Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” has shared the photos of a waiting shed painted with red, green, and blue similar to the logo of the Kapamilya network. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
A Bayan Patroller named Salma Mapandi has shared the photos of a waiting shed designed by his 52-year-old father Salim Mapandi. The man painted the waiting shed with colors similar to the logo of the giant network. The shed also contains the logo of ABS-CBN with words written: “Kapamilya Forever”.
Salim started to re-design the waiting she after the National Telecommunications Commission has issued a cease and desist order against ABS-CBN last May 5, 2020. Since then, the Kapamilya network has stopped airing in the Philippine television.
Mapandi used his own money and it took him a month to finish the ABS-CBN-inspired waiting shed. He is also planning to draw or posts posters of some Kapamilya celebrities.
