Stranded individuals need to undergo 14-days quarantine and COVID-19 testing to determine if you’re positive with the virus. Individuals, however, choose to escape from the quarantine facilities due to impatience.

Meanwhile, the local government of Sto. Tomas in Davao del Norte were alarmed after three of the stranded individuals reportedly escaped from the town’s quarantine facility on Tuesday night.
