Matteo Guidicelli Voices Solidarity W/ Fellow ABS-CBN Actors, Actress
MATTEO GUIDICELLI – Actor and singer Matteo Guidicelli showed solidarity with his colleagues at Kapamilya network.
On Saturday, July 18, supporters and employees of ABS-CBN staged a noise barrage in different parts of Metro Manila. In a previous article, actress Angel Locsin gave a speech. She called out her colleagues for sitting on the fence over their tv network’s franchise issue.
Among the celebrities who joined the rally were Edward Barber, Maymay Entrata, Jake Cuenca, Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Bianca Gonzalez, and Enchong Dee. Days after the lawmaker rejected the tv network’s franchise application, ABS-CBN bosses announced that they will be laying off employees on August 31.
In a report, Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo was criticized for not speaking up on ABS-CBN’s franchise issue. Her fans defended her from the bashers.

Sarah’s husband Matteo Guidicelli showed solidarity with his fellow Kapamilyas by lighting a candle and praying for them amid the media network’s franchise issue that affected thousands of its employees. He also shared encouraging words for his colleagues.
In the caption of the post, he wrote: “We lit a candle last night. Took a moment and prayed for each and every employee some of which are close to my heart from the years we spent together. Hold on tight, we will rise again.”
