Some jeepneys, buses, and other public transport vehicles in areas under General Community Quarantine are still not allowed to operate in compliance with the health protocols. However, the mass transport restriction causes a burden to some drivers.
A 64-year-old driver identified as Lolo Nicanor ended up begging on the streets for over a month since some public jeepneys and other transport vehicles are not allowed to operate yet as a part of the quarantine guidelines.
