Recently, the Facebook “RidertechPH” has shared the video footage of a helpless cop who failed to apprehend a group of motorcycle riders violating the quarantine guidelines. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the policeman can’t stop and issue a violation ticket towards the group of riders roaming around MaRiLaQue. The riders neglect and bypassed the policeman standing in the middle of the road.

The cop is supposed to apprehend the riders since mass gathering is still prohibited under the General Community Quarantine.
