Julianna Gomez is the only child of actors turned politicians Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez and Leyte fourth district representative Lucy Torres. She is taking up Public Administration in the University of the Philippines and was supposed to be on the second year of her college if not only because of the pandemic.
Richard and Lucy’s only daughter is now 19 years old and in talks about Julianna being with someone else to be in a relationship with is something that they are preparing themselves first. He admitted that he is accordingly open for the idea that sooner or later, his daughter will be in a serious relationship.
What they could just accordingly do is be prepared when that day comes and give her pieces of advice that she needs when choosing for someone. And that is a fact for them and a fact in life as well that someday, she will choose someone to settle down with and get married.
And in choosing the right person, he told her daughter to have someone who could make her happy and someone she wanted to wake up with everyday until the end. This is the same advice he would actually tell his single friends to when it comes to marrying.
Another thing is someone who is kind. He knows that someone is probably pursuing his daughter now but he would always stress it to her to find someone who can treat her well and respect her. He said based on report from PEP, “Hindi puwedeng boyfriend ‘tapos babastusin ka o sasaktan ka. I told her we have to keep our dignity and respect all the time.”
