PAGASA – Pangasinan Areas Under TCWS No. 1 (June 12, 2020)
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that some areas in Pangasinan are now under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.
The 8 AM Bulletin from the state weather bureau says that Tropical Depression Butchoy maintained its strength and is currently moving toward the West Philippine Sea.
According to GMA News, areas in Pangasinan that were under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 are the following:
- Bolinao
- Anda
- Bani
- Agno
- Alaminos City
- Burgos
- Dasol
- Mabini
- Sual
- Labrador
- Infanta
Signal No. 1 has been lifted under Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan and some towns in Pangasinan.
Based on the report, areas under Signal No. 1, Visayas, Southern Luzon and the western portion of Mindanao might face chances of gusts that are linked to Butchoy and the southwest monsoon.
The seaboards of Luzon and Visayas will face moderate to rough seas, hence, small seacrafts were advised not to venture out to sea while larger sea vessels must take precaution against rough seas.
