Under the GCQ, livelihood sectors are allowed to resume operation but only 50 percent of their workforce should be present. GCQ also allows the operation of tricycles, jeepneys, buses, transport vans, motorized bancas, and taxi vehicles provided that they will adhere to social distancing protocol.

In GCQ, there is a limited outdoor exercise that can be done like walking, jogging, running, biking but safety protocols such as the use of face masks and two-meter physical distancing should be observed. However, contact sports are not allowed.

Meanwhile, in the Facebook post of a netizen named James G. Lumardo, a group of individuals was apprehended after going out of jogging. Photos show residents who were arrested were brought to the police station.

However, the uploader did not include the reasons why these people are arrested by authorities. As of now, we are trying to reach the uploader for further information.
