The authorities and frontliners usually ask for the quarantine pass of the residents whenever they go outside to buy basic necessities. Failure to show home quarantine pass is considered as a violation of the guidelines.

In the video, it can be seen that the barangay personnel apprehended a male and female motorist at the border of the village. The officials restrict the residents to pass the area due to lockdown.

The motorists explained but insisted to pass along the border to buy rice. The village officials asked for their driver’s license instead of asking for their quarantine passes. The guy was able to present his license but the lady has no driver’s license.
