FILIPINA – A Filipina shares the photos of her island life in Siargao during global quarantine.
On March 17, Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte placed the Luzon under “enhanced community quarantine” to halt the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus. Recently, he decided to extend the ECR in Metro Manila and other high-risk areas until May 15.
Most of the people now work in their homes while others try to make some money from homes. In their free time, they watch movies, tv shows, gardening, or discover new hobbies.
Recently, photos of Filipina named Ara Nyra made rounds on social media after she shared pictures of herself enjoying her island life in Siargao. Based on a report from GMA News, after Luzon will be placed under ECQ, she immediately decided to get to the ‘Surfing Capital of the Philippines’ during the quarantine period.
According to the report, Ara Neyra said she’s fond of traveling. In fact, during her stary in Siargao, she makes some friends with the locals. One of her friends on the beautiful island let her stay for free.
The Pinay shared photos of herself bonding with her friends, grilling fish, cooking, and relaxing in a hammock.
