Pro-ABS-CBN Shutdown Basher Calls Judy Ann Santos “Bobo”

Filipina actress Judy Ann Santos is one of the famous actresses in the Philippines. She started her acting career at a very young age and starred on several hit teleseryes and movies.

The prominent actress remains loyal to the ABS-CBN network. She recently said she had no plans of transferring to other tv networks.

Judy Ann Santos is among the 11,000 workers who lose a job. On Tuesday night, the largest tv network in the country went off the air after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a Cease and Desist order against the media network. Most of the Kapamilya stars took to their social media accounts to express their reactions after the government ordered the closure of the media network’s operations.

Judy Ann Santos shared the photo of the ribbon with ABS-CBN’s iconic colors – red, green, and blue. She also shared the NTC’s statement to the tv network.

The 41-year-old celebrity penned a lengthy caption responding to the people who are celebrating the closure of the Kapamilya network. She said these people don’t care about the welfare of the 11,000 workers considering we are now in crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has already caused many of our livelihoods. They should have a plan and think about it thoroughly before cutting the source of information and entertainment.

“Hindi po bang mas importanteng magtulungan tayo at magkaisa kahit pansamantala na muna habang may kinakaharap tayong mas malaking kaaway? Hindi po ba dapat sama sama nating ginagawa ang pwede nating maggawa para makapagsilbi sa mamayang pilipino??”

“Hindi ko naiintindihan… kung may iilang tao ang nagbubunyi ngayon dahil nakuha at naggawa nilang maipasara ang abs cbn.. mas marami po kayong taong nasaktan at tinanggalan ng trabaho sa panahong lahat ng tao ay nag aalala kung paano bubuhayin ang mga pamilya nila… maari po bang makahingi ng sapat na paliwanag??”
