Male Resident Who Commits ECQ Violation Disrespects Cops During Apprehension
PART 1 – The male resident arrested by the authorities without a warrant in viral video disrespects and insults cops during apprehension.
Earlier, it has been reported that a male resident identified as Javier Salvador Parra has been nearly arrested by Makati police personnel without warrant because one of his helpers is not wearing a face mask.
In the video, it can be seen that the man resisted the arrest prompting the cop in fatigue uniform to tackle him to the ground. However, Parra’s wife came out and begged the authorities to stop because her husband has back injury,
The disappointed wife also told the authorities that they have no right to arrest her husband because they have no arrest warrant. The lady urged her husband to go inside and close the door then the cops eventually left the house.
Recently, the Facebook page DZMM TeleRadyo has shared part 1 of the viral video before the cops arrested Javier Salvador Parra. The video footage elicits comments from social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that the man is driving away the cops during the confrontation. After a few moments, the guy started to disrespect the police officer.
