LOCKDOWN BEAUTY HACKS – There are some beauty hacks and tips you can do whiled at home amid lockdown and ECQ due to coronavirus.

Taking care of your skin is self-love and it is never being vain of you wanting to look good and pleasing. It is also never a waste of money if you buy products which can help you achieve the skin that you want. Again, this is self-love and you are not doing this for anyone else. You are doing this for yourself.

Now, amid the lockdown in some areas or enhanced community quarantine to others, here are some ways to take care of your skin and it is through these hacks:

  • Avocado face mask – Instead of using home ingredients at you home with strong contents such as lemon, lime, or vinegar, try the avocado mask instead. This is nourishing, gentle, and non-greasy. Just mash a half and add some honey. Leave it there for 15 minutes and remove with a white cloth. Also, you can add a tablespoon of yoghurt for an extra glow as per The Guardian.
  • Cold water – Wash your face with cold water at least twice a week for this closes the pores. This is in contrary to the fact that the warm ones opens the pores where bacteria can get in that can cause skin damage.
  • Freezed spoons – Put your two spoons in the freezer for several minutes. Then, for another several minutes put it gently in your eyes so the dark circles will be removed as per Life Hacks.
  • Face massage – Your hand is your powerful weapon accordingly and that is through massaging – your face. Not only this treats your puffy and stimulate circulation but this method also stimulate collagen and activates the products you use for your skin.
  • Pillowcase – Change your pillowcases at least once a week for this could be a breeding ground for acne. This is from the dirt or oil that stays in it from your hair, face, and environment.
  • Sleeping – According to Glamour, having an 8-hour sleep is truly a must. But other than that, always make sure you sleep in your back so you can prevent the growth of wrinkles on your face.
