Pinay Nurse in Italy Cries as She Plea to Pray for Them While Battling with Virus
A Pinay nurse in Italy becomes emotional as she pleaded to pray for them who are already contaminated with the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19).
Recently, the Facebook page named GMA Pinoy TV shared a video of a nurse in Italy, the greatly stricken country of the coronavirus disease. The video shows a Filipina nurse who has been crying and shed with tears while narrating their situation in the country.
She revealed that she with her Filipino colleagues were already contaminated with the virus while one of them already died. She admitted that they are afraid for their own safety yet they don’t have any plan of turning their backs from their duty.
“We are already contaminated. We just hope that God will continue to protect us,” she said in the video. She also added that they been reusing their protective equipment and don’t know it could still protect them the virus.
She also added that the room where she works is full of patients and most of them were tested positive with COVID-19. She pleaded to everyone to pray for them, “I-pray nyo na lang kami.”
Previously, lots of medical frontliners were considered heroes as they put their lives at stake battling the dreadful COVID-19 to help and make their patients who are positive with the virus recovered.
