PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 25, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the bureau states that the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will affect Southern Luzon, and the entire Visayas and Mindanao.
The warm winds from the ocean, as well as localized thunderstorms will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelagic country, as per the article from GMA News.
The state weather bureau further warned the public that flash floods or landslides might occur, especially during severe thunderstorms.
As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, the Philippines will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
