The respiratory disease known as the 2019 novel coronavirus has spread rapidly around the world. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has ordered to block air, sea, and land travels in Luzon to control the spread of the virus from Wuhan, China.

Poor workers are the most affected by the “enhanced community quarantine.” The cops, soldiers and healthcare workers are among those exempted from the work from home arrangement.
