Ellen Adarna opens up about mental training.
ELLEN ADARNA – Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna talks about mental training she has done and her life for the past three (3) years.
To recall, the life of Ellen Adarna from the past three years became the center of controversy. This is after she got herself romantically linked to John Lloyd Cruz and their relationship which they kept away from public.
They now have a son they named Elias Modesto and are now rumored to just co-parenting to their child. John Lloyd has an upcoming film while Ellen is starting to get visible on social media again. However, they have not yet formally introduced their son to the public. It seems like they intend to keep him away from the limelight.
And in recent post of Ellen, she shared something about being stuck in a black hole for three years. The past three years of her life is the era where she spent it with the actor. Her anti-depressants, instead of curing her situation, only made her immobile and numb and she’s getting weaker mentally and emotionally.

But after some time of mental training with everything she had done monitored and documented, she is now “no longer a prisoner of her own mind”. She is now free again. Physical training and eating vegetables got her back into her shape again.
Depression and mental health is such a sensitive topic to talk about in the country. Many lives have been taken due to this which is why everyone is advised to seek professional help from the experts and good company from other people to avoid complications.
