JOHN LLOYD CRUZ – Kapamilya actress Shaina Magdayao reveals something about working with ex-boyfriend controversial actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Based on a previous report, the Kapamilya actress Shaina Magdayao has this answer when asked about working with ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz: “When we were together, sinabi naman namin, hindi.”
That was something that they have agreed to when they were still together and to some of her interviews, she would just honestly answer that there could not be any possibility. However, show business being a small world, an opportunity came and now, they were able to work in “Servando Magdamag”, a film of Lav Diaz starring John Lloyd.
She clarified that she has done a cameo role in the film and could not say no to the director for he has done something to her she would always be grateful of. Bluntly, the actress stated that she really never expected of this to happen. But it eventually did and they were on good terms. They were able to rekindle their friendship.
However, she is happy with the chance given to her to work with him, someone that she referred to as her “friend”. She said as per PUSH, “ I did not see it coming, really. Whenever you would all ask me, ‘di ba? Hindi ko kasi siya nakitang possible na mangyayari. But I guess kagaya nga ng film na ito [Tagpuan], may mga chance encounters pa rin talaga tayo sa buhay. And naibigay ‘yung opportunity. And wala, nangyari. It was okay. Like what I said, I’m happy that I was able to support Lav and my friend.”
She added that they are different people now and happy with their respective lives.
