The third confirmed Batangas Covid patient has travel history to Italy.
BATANGAS COVID PATIENT – Mary Mediatrix Medical Center confirmed third case of coronavirus in the province with travel history to Italy.
In a previous article, confirmed cases of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) gradually increases in number and this had been already declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO).There are already over 60 patients who tested positive from different parts of the country and the death toll already climbed up to 8.

Also, a community quarantine in Metro Manila has been declared by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. And now, in the province of Batangas, a third patient was confirmed to be positive of the virus and the 64-year-old female patient was from Lemery.
She is currently confined at Mary Mediatrix Medical Center in Lipa, Batangas and in stable condition place in a private isolation room. Moreover, she is now set to transfer to DOH hospital in Manila. She came from Parma, Italy and got admitted on March 11, 2020.
Meanwhile, the first two confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the province are from Batangas City and they are siblings. They are aged 72 and 79 and both of them are now in isolation state at Asian Hospital & Medical Center in Muntinlupa City.
Batangas Governor Hermilando Mandanas suspended classes in all levels until the end of March in the province. This immediate came right after first case of COVID-19 in the area has been confirmed.
