Netizen Goes Viral after Commenting “Mine” at Pres. Duterte’s FB Live

A netizen goes viral on social media after commenting “mine” at President Duterte’s speech on Facebook live thinking it was online selling.

On Thursday night, March 12, 2020, President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte announces urgent measures against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) via live broadcast on TV, YouTube, and Facebook. He tackles the resolutions on these anti-coronavirus measures that will be implemented in the country.

Duterte announced plans for a sweeping lockdown of the capital’s 12 million people, including a halt to domestic travel, in a bid to contain the deadly new coronavirus. He also announced a month of school closures, ban on mass gatherings and a prohibition on the entry of foreigners from places where the contagion is spreading.

Meanwhile, in the midst of his live speech on Facebook a netizen caught the attention of viewers as he commented something that is not related to the public address.

A netizen on Facebook named Meynard Tobi Gutierrez shared a hilarious incident did by his friend. His friend Christian Raynera commented “Mine po yung collagen” in Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM) Facebook live.

After Meynard shared the hilarious comment of his friend, Raynera told him that he thought he was in the online selling live of Meynard. “Sis akala ko sa live selling mo ako nakapagcomment.” Raynera said.

“Nubayan nakakahiya sa taumbayan haha,” he added. Maynard screen captured it and post it on social media as it has gone viral. Netizens express their hilarious reactions toward the wrong comment of Raynera.
