Class Suspension Declared In These Areas for Thursday (March 12)
WALANG PASOK – Several local government units have declared class suspension in some areas due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The 2019 coronavirus disease has become the headlines of local and international outlets as it continues to spread in different countries all over the world. Thousands of people have been affected and died due to the disease.
Many countries including the Philippines are already implementing precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease. The health scare is already causing fear and panic to the people.
The deadly virus also causes panic buying to the Filipinos after hoarders buy in-bulk of face masks, alcohol, and sanitizers. Various schools and work offices have also suspended their operations as a precaution against the contagious disease.
