SWS Say Duterte Administration’s Net Satisfaction Rating Climbs to ‘Excellent’
DUTERTE – The Social Weather Station (SWS) said Duterte administration’s net satisfaction rating climbs to ‘excellent.’
Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has served the country for more than three years now since his election in 2016. The Davaoeño politician won a landslide victory in the national bid.
The Social Weather Stations (SWS) conducts a satisfaction rating survey quarterly to know the side of the pulse of the Filipinos. In 2018, Duterte’s satisfaction rating is at +60 which denotes “very good.”
In 2019, President Rodrigo Duterte’s satisfaction rate soars to 5 points in March. Based on a report from Eagle News, the SWS once again conducted a survey.
The poll agency had a face-to-face interview with 1,200 people (aged 18+) nationwide: 300 each in Balance Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and Metro Manila.
The net satisfaction rating of the Duterte’s admin climbed up to an excellent in December last year. According to the report, 81% Filipinos were satisfied with their performance. SWS’ survey was done on December 13 to 16.
Based on their survey, Duterte got a +73 net satisfaction rating. He only got 12% neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and 7% dissatisfied. His rating was up to 6 points from the +67 net satisfaction in September 2019.
