Many were curious if Barbie Forteza and Jameson Blake were really just co-stars or more than that. For months now, the actress has been single, and as for the actor, there have been no reports about him being in a relationship for some years now.
“She’s very engaging when you have conversations with her. Hindi siya boring kausap… Our time together, you know, there’s a sense to it, you know, when we have talks,” Jameson said about the actress. They are working together on a project, and they were spotted together in several fun run events in the past months.
The recent event was at the Cabalen Half Marathon held at the Clark Parade Grounds in Pampanga on June 29. There were photos of them holding hands, and in a new video of Ogie Diaz, the actor explained and shared what really happened.
According to him, they did the gesture as a lot of people have wanted to take a photo with Forteza. His role was to control the crowd; hence, the holding hands.
“The reason why nahuli kami holding hands kasi andami nung taong nagpa-picture sa kanya. I was just assisting her palabas. Gets ko naman people will think different,” he told Diaz. He allowed Diaz to include this in his video to also shed light to the issue.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Barbie and Jameson participated in a race together, as both were seen running in Pasay’s “Lights Camera Run” last May.
They are both starring in the upcoming Netflix movie “Kontrabida Academy” with Eugene Domingo, Michael De Mesa, Ysabel Ortega, Xyriel Manabat and Carmina Villaroel.
