On October 2018, RNB singer Jay-R proposed to his longtime girlfriend Mica Javier at Nobu Hotel, City of Dreams Manila. The proposal was witnessed by their close friends in the showbiz industry including Kris Lawrence, Kyla, Billy Crawford, and Karla Estrada.
The couple’s beach-themed prenup photos surfaced on social media. Jay-R and Mica spent a day at the beach for a lovely provincial vibe engagement shoot.
In a previous article, Jay-R disclosed some details of their wedding. He said they sought the help of Boracay-based wedding planner Amanda Tirol.
“We’re not really stressing about everything, but we have a wedding planner who is amazing… she has a checklist of everything so it’s just going,” he said.
Last March 1, Jay-R and Mica Javier finally tied the knot in Boracay beach. The wedding ceremony was attended by their close friends in the industry like Nyoy Volante, Coleen Garcia, Billy Crawford, Kris Lawrence, and Kylie Versoza. They shared some BTS photos of the event on their respective social media accounts.
The bride looked effortlessly beautiful with her white maxi dress. She chose a light makeup to match her beach wave curls. The singer on the other hand, looked dapper in his white suit paired with glossy undershirt.
Coleen Garcia shared a photo of the newlywed on her Instagram account. It came with a congratulatory message. She also shared a video of Mica citing her vows to the RNB Prince.
