GREENHILLS SHOOTING – A netizen posted message asking help as suspect in Greenhills shooting captured right in front of him.
A certain Maj Moon from Facebook captions post with a statement asking for help. The post came along with the photo of a personal message sent to her which she screen grabbed and posted immediately.
The screen captured photo is accordingly the photo of the suspect just standing right in front of the sender’s hiding place. The message says, “Tulong naka [hostrage] kami dto sa greenhills, nasa harap ko yung lalaki, nasa ulo ko yung apat na granada Di ko alam kung makakalabas kmi ng buhay pki panalangin nyo kmi ojt po ako dto.”
An update: The incident has already hurt one person holding numerous others as hostages of the gunman. The San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora arrived at the scene immediately after hearing the report and the authorities have corresponded quickly.
Greenhills Center Management confirmed the ongoing incident as per their official statement and the suspect is a former SASCOR (Safeguar Armor Security Corporation) security guard. They working “closely and coordinating with the authorities” as they handle the situation.
According to the Mayor, the suspect went AWOL (Absence Without Official Leave) and when he came back, he got demands and was trying to convince a fellow of him to be with him in some sort of a coup d’etat towards the management.
Mall employees claimed that multiple gunshots were heard before the lockdown of the establishment and immediately, the place got evacuated.
