Prominent drama actress Lorna Tolentino reacts to “pangbubuhos ng tubig” allegation against Ang Probinsyano actor/director Coco Martin.
Recalling, action movie star Robin Padilla accused the Kapamilya star of pouring water to an elderly audio man who was sleeping during their taping. Prior to this, there had been rumors that this became a habit of Coco when staff and crew are doing their job properly on the set.
During the height of Kapamilya stars’ social media posting to show support for ABS-CBN regarding the franchise renewal issue, Coco was one of the artists who “nadamay” on Robin’s counter attack. The latter also mentioned that the Ang Probinsyano actor even had a quarrel with a female location manager.
Amid this issue, several people have spoken and defended Coco Martin, including his past and present co-workers. In line with this, Lorna Tolentino reacts also. Based on the article from PEP, she was shocked when asked about the alleged “pangbubuhos ng tubig”.
“Buhusan ng tubig? May nangyari ba sa totoong buhay na ganoon? Hindi ko alam, hindi ako informed diyan. Copycat lang pala yung ginawa ko, ganoon?” she said. Lorna related that she had a scene in Ang Probinsyano wherein she was the one who poured water to her co-actor.
“Pitsel ng tubig, pinabawasan ko nga dahil punumpuno. Pinabawasan ko nga, sabi ko, ‘Ano bang gusto niyo?’ Sabi ko nga, ‘Sobra naman yatang puno ito. Paano ko ito bubuhatin? Ang bigat,’ sabi kong ganoon. ‘So, puwede bang bawasan niyo nang konti?” the actress said.
Lorna also said that there was a time that they were rushing the taping because several of them are politicians who needed to leave the series for the election, based on the article.

“Wala naman akong nakitang ganoon. Wala akong na-experience or nakita na may pangyayaring ganoon,” she added.
