Desperate Husband Brought Wife’s Corpse on His Bed & Slept With It for 16 Years, Neighbors Complain
A desperate husband brought his deceased wife’s corpse on his bed and slept with it for 16 years because he misses her so badly.
A Vietnamese man identified as Le Van digs the grave of his deceased wife after spending time sleeping at the cemetery to be with his beloved partner. Van experience extreme pain and sadness after his wife died in 2004.
The guy first took his wife’s bones and placed it inside a sack then brought it to their house. Van molds his partner’s remains together with cement, glue, and sand into a female figure. The husband started to sleep with the figure every night for 16 years.
Unfortunately, one of his neighbors reported the incident to the police officers. The opposition of Van’s children, neighbors, and authorities did not stop him to sleep with his wife’s remains.
“People said I’m crazy because I take care of a corpse but I strongly believe that she is always with me. I’ll definitely sleep with her dead body until I die,” Le Van said.
The authorities also asked the Vietnamese national to bury his wife again and he also agreed with their discussion. However, the residents near Van’s home complained that the corpse still remains in the house.

We have done all the way but with the conservative nature of Mr. Van, the incident has not been solved yet,” Ha Lam chief Mr. Tran Trong Sanh said.
