Netizens got worried about the “mental health condition” of Lovely Embuscado
Former Kapuso talent Lovely Embuscado appeared to be showing a “mental health condition” and this saddened several netizens.
It can be recalled that the news about Lovely’s current life after leaving showbiz surfaced on January 30. Entertainment reporters of PEP saw her on the streets with her mother and a man who was later on found out as her stepfather.
Lovely had the chance in the entertainment industry when she joined the talent search Protege under the mentorship of Jaya in 2011. Although she already appeared in several shows, her star lost its brightness.
According to Lovely’s mother Daisy, they had been living on the streets for a week now because they have no more money to pay their rent. The mother is hoping that her daughter will have the chance to go back to showbiz.
While reporters were interviewing them, it can be noticed that Love Embuscado cannot focus her attention on the camera and she can’t directly answer the question without asking her mother first. The former Kapuso talent also pretended that she is already 28 years old when her real age is just 21.
Lovely also mentioned the name John Brix. Daisy said that he is their relative who also does singing stints. “Di ba, sabi mo, mas magaling si John Brix sa akin? Buhay pa siya,” Lovely said to her mother. “Anak, huwag kang ganyan. Mas magaling ka sa kanya. Makakabalik ka sa showbiz,” Daisy answered to her daughter.
According to PEP’s reporter Jojo Gabinete, the mother is in denial of the “mental health condition” of her daughter. Daisy believes that their lives will change for the better and it will through to the chance that Lovely Embuscado could have in showbiz.
