Dimples Romana Breaks Down in Tears While Bidding Farewell to Her ‘Kadenang Ginto’ Character
DIMPLES ROMANA – ‘Kadenang Ginto’ actress Dimples Romana broke down in tears while bidding goodbye to her character, Daniela Mondragon.
Kapamilya’s afternoon drama series “Kadenang Ginto” is top-billed by Dimples Romana, Beauty Gonzalez, Andrea Brillantes and Francine Diaz. Lots of people were hooked to the show due to the feisty confrontations, gripping story and explosive plot twist.
In fact, Indonesia created their own version of the program titled “Putri Mahkota.” It became the first-ever Pinoy series adapted by the Indonesian network.
After more than a year on air, Kadenang Ginto is counting to its finale. The show’s last episode is set to air this coming February 2.
The finale trailer titled “The Battle of the Dragons” elicited mixed reactions from the online community. Some of the fans compared the trailer of GMA-7’s fantasy tv series “Encantadia.”
Dimples Romana’s iconic character Daniela Mondragon will definitely leave a mark on the viewers. Her character wearing a red dress became a trending meme.
Based on a report from PUSH, the ‘Daytime Teleserye Queen’ broke down into tears as she finally said goodbye to her character in Kadenang Ginto.
“Ay anu ba yan!!!! (Umiyak) sorry na pasensya na po!!! Pasensya na sinubukan ko lang alam mo nag ubos na ako kanina sa bahay eh! Siguro na overwhelmed lang ako ng sobra sobrang pasasalamat sa inyo!” she said.
According to the report, Dimples Romana described the character she portrayed for 16 months. “Sa creatives po for creating Daniella, for the way that she is, she is flawed she is intense she is angry and all of those emotions are inside of me for 16 months pasensya na kayo medyo ano ako” she said.
“Sobrang na blessed po kaming lahat dito hindi lang blessings inside of Kadena but blessings as a family,” pahayag niya,” she added.
The 35-year-old actress is one of the casts of the Pinoy zombie movie “Block Z” directed by Mikhael Red.
