Recently, the Facebook page “IDEAL BOY” has shared the video footage of a raging man identified as Earl Ephraim Enagan lambasting and cursing Health Secretary Francisco Duque III after the coronavirus entered the country.
In the video, it can be seen that Earl Ephraim Enagan is criticizing and cursing Duque for not banning Chinese flights to the country. The furious man repeatedly cursed and insulted the DOH secretary.
