Female Passenger Expresses Dismay After Left by Cebu Pacific Plane
A female passenger expressed her disappointment towards Cebu Pacific after she was left by the plane for her flight.
A Facebook user named Ains Laserna Custodio has expressed her dismay towards a popular airline ‘Cebu Pacific’ after she was left by the plane for her 9:05 pm flight. The crew allegedly refused to let them go on board.
Custodio said that she and her colleagues checked in around 7:00 pm but the gate of their flight has not been indicated on their boarding pass. After a few moments, they have heard their names for the last and final call to passengers at Gate 120.
Laserna fun from Gate 116 to Gate 120 but the crew told them that the board was already closed and the trip is already in default. The airline staff did not allow them to go onboard although one of the crews whispered to her fellow employee “papasukin mo na lang”.

Unfortunately, the head controller held the female crew’s arm as if telling her to stop. The head staff refused to let them pass the gate and left them hanging.

“Left by Cebu Pacific for a 9:05pm flight. 😥
We checked in at 7pm and took dinner for a while. While we were looking for
what gate our flight was assigned(since it was not indicated in the boarding
pass), we heard our names for last and final call and we need to proceed at
gate 120 which was on the very last gate.. Had to carry my infant and things
and run from Gate 116 to Gate 120. Arriving at Gate 120, the crew told us that
boarding was already closed and our trip is already in default. The plane was
still there but the crew did not allow us to board.
One of the crew even lied that the plane already left while the other female crew whispered “papasukin mo na lang”. But their head controller refused to let us board and held the female crew’s arm (as if telling her to stop). Even the other passengers who are waiting for their flight nsisted, “Maawa naman kayo sa bata”. Some of the crew even left their post and left us hanging.
Someone whom we know who is in the plane even sent Tin a chat that we were checked if already on board around 8:57. But the crew were just looking at us and insisted that flight is already in default.
Cebu Pacific has never shown
empathy.
The plane left at around 9:15pm.
We bought a new ticket and paid for a new flight at dawn and Cebu Pacific crew did not even assisted us nor have shown EMPATHY on the situation.
Now we are waiting for a flight with a TBA gate number! And you can not see here any crew who can assist any querries of their passengers.
