Criminology Board Exam Passer Passes Away a Day After Result Released
A heartbreaking story of a criminology board exam passer who died just a day after the release of criminology board exam results.
What could have been a day of celebration turned into a day of mourning for the family of Lyrah Jade Bernardino. Just a day after passing the board exam, Lyrah suffered a tragic motorcycle accident that ultimately led to her death.
After the tragic accident, her family and friends are shocked and grieving on her untimely death. Recently, her sister posted a message for her on Facebook expressing how painful the unfortunate incident was for her and their family.
Lyrah, who also happened to be an SK chairperson, had replied to a flood of messages of congratulations from her friends and family after she passed the Criminology board exam. But unfortunately, the waited celebration supposed to happened the next day turn into mourning of her death.
According to the report of The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDDRMO) of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, on Thursday, January 9, a vehicular accident between a tricycle and a motorcycle at Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Bantug, Science City of Muñoz.
A 56-year-old male involved in the accident, suffered a massive leg injury and head injury while a 25-year-old female suffered from minor scratches on her elbow and would on the forehead (left side). Another 20-year-old female of Sto. Domingo, she suffered a massive head injury and fracture at the right leg and fractured left arm.
All victims were transported and properly endorsed to Heart of Jesus Hospital San Jose City. The investigation is still ongoing, just stay tuned to Philnews for the updates of details.
