Angry Customer Found Disgusting Insect From The Food Her Ordered at Restaurant

An angry customer has expressed his disappointment towards a certain restaurant after he found a disgusting insect from his food.

Over the past few decades, restaurant is one of the most popular food establishments not only in the Philippines but even abroad. This food businesses usually serve mouth-watering and delicious dishes to the customers.

However, the Department of Health required food businesses to comply with certain requirements and to obtain a sanitary permit before their operation. Restaurants should also secure the cleanliness of the foods they are serving.

Recently, the Facebook page of a certain “Reg Rubio” has shared the photos of a disgusting insect from the food he ordered at a classy restaurant. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

Rubio wrote that he and his colleagues ate at Mannhann Megamall last November 30, 2019, and ordered a lot of foods. After a few moments, Rubio noticed a cockroach at the bottom of the meatball’s bowl.

The disappointed customer sent a letter towards the establishment but Mannhann allegedly ignored their complaints. He is now planning to file legal charges regarding the incident.

Yo! Pasintabi sa mga kumakain. Maglalabas lang ako ng sama ng loob.

On November 30, 2019, around 10pm, Saturday, kumain kami sa Mannhann Megamall. Umorder kaming Lechon Macau, Fried rice, at Maki Soup (yung malagkit). Nung patapos na kami, may isang meatball na lang sa maki soup. Nung kukunin ko na siya, may nakita akong ipis. Oo, ipis. Kung kelan paubos na ang sabaw, may ipis pala. Dami ko ng nakain may ipis yung ulam. So pinatawag namin yung person in charge, ang sabi niya “Sir, baka nalaglag lang sa food niyo nung ise-serve na.” Tas di na kami pinagbayad. Wild.

Yo #mannhann! Nagpadala na kaming letter sa inyo. Pero di niyo pinapansin. We will sue you! And you may talk to my lawyer Atty Cram Jadejale Perrez.
