Recently, the Facebook page “Pinoy Trending News” has shared the video footage of illegally parked vehicles causing a heavy traffic jam along Quezon Boulevard to España. The hard-headed motorists parked their vehicles on the service road.
In the video, it can be seen that a concerned resident is complaining regarding the illegally parked vehicles on the service road. The hard-headed motorists were allegedly not obeying and listening to the parking attendants.
He also urged the parking attendants and the personnel of Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau to strictly implement the traffic rules and regulations to reduce the worsening traffic condition in the area.
